Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. Products & Pricing Policy

While we make every effort to ensure that our products & prices contained within our Site are in agreement with the actual in-store products & prices, we accept no liability for discrepancies between them nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any inconvenience, stress or otherwise that you may feel because of any discrepancies. Our prices are subject to change in accordance with the business environment and we will endeavor to update our Site to match our in-store prices in a timely manner. Our in-store price is deemed to be the correct price; our in-store price may be confirmed by phoning our business.

Viruses (and other baddies)

While we are confident that our Site and the files contained within are virus-free; we encourage you to scan all files for viruses before opening. We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, inconvenience or otherwise that your system, system owner or you may incur through your use of our website and/or files available within our web-site.

Throughout our Site we may have some links to third-party web-sites (typically – but not limited to - sponsors, advertisers, product manufacturers, distributors and colleagues). These links may or may not be clearly identifiable to you. Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Therapeutic Treats.

Upon any discrepancies between the meaning of any term in a non-English language version of this site and the meaning of its corresponding term in the original site language, namely English, only the meaning reflected in the English version shall prevail.

Therapy Policies

- Any persons under the age of 16 wishing to have a treatment, will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- Please follow aftercare advice provided by the therapist.
- Please inform the therapist of any medical conditions or if you are pregnant.
- Please arrive 5mins early for your treatment & switch off your phone.
- 24 hour cancellation notice is required please.

Training Centre Policies

-Please inform the tutor of any medical condition or if you are pregnant.
-Students must hold a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and Massage to obtain a certificate of competence for professional use. Therapeutic Treats will require an emailed version of your qualification to keep on our files for insurance reasons.
-All equipment, notes (handout manuals) towels, blankets, couch-paper and oils are provided. Diploma course students will need to buy their own course book and uniform recommended by the training Centre.
-In accordance with the recommendations of the department of health worldwide, students are requested to bring antiseptic hand gel/spray as all courses provided have a contact therapy involved.
